A new version of the Dojo Book is currently in progress and should be completed by September 4, 2007. Currently, you can browse through the book in the documentation section of the site by following the Dojo Book, 0.9 link.
Alternatively, you can view a print-friendly view of the entire book.

Not sure if this is the same problem but in the one page printable version: http://dojotoolkit.org/book/export/html/589 all the "Dijit at a Glance" links seem to be broken.
