You should probably add a link to util
Another change has crept into 1.0 undocumented (I appologise if I missed it).
The location of custom_rhino.jar has inexplicably moved from the standard 'lib' subdir of util to the 'shrinksafe' dir.
I appreciate that this was mentioned in the committers discussion group- but it should probably be repeated here for anyone that is doing a custom build.
