It seems the only really important widget dojo is missing is the resizables found in YUI, EXT and JQuery. I love Jquery's resizers, but I like Dojo more. Any idea when something like these might happen in Dojo?

I am working on it. There is a resizeHandle widget available now in dojox.layout, but it is slightly fragile, and doesn't do the "four corners" resizing most people would like to see. I hope to have it in 1.3 or worst-case-scenario 1.4 of Dojo.
