What does your service provide?Openbravo provides Web based ERP for SMEs, built on proven MVC & MDD framework that facilitate customization and maintenance of code. Already in production, it encompasses a broad range of functionalities such as finance, supply chain, project management, manufacturing and much more. Is this service open to the public?Openbravo is an open source project typically used for private services. What version of Dojo, and what components are you using?We are using 0.4.3 Ajax Edition. We currently use just a small set of widgets. We have also developed our own datagrid widget. We plan to migrate to 1.0 as soon as possible. What made you choose Dojo?Our product is an ppen source web based ERP. An ERP is a huge application that requires a very rich user interface, so we were looking for an open source library of rich html/JavaScript user interface components. We short listed 3 libraries and compared them. Very soon we realized that Dojo was clearly the most comprehensive solution, pretty far beyond our expectations. What was your favorite thing about working with Dojo?We really like the widget model behind Dojo. |
